be awkward or clumsy

Examples:

I feel like I have two left feet when I’m learning a new martial arts routine.

He doesn’t like to dance. He says he has two left feet.

Picture it:

If you had two left feet, it would be very difficult to follow instructions for dance steps or even marching.
